The Directorate of Facilities Management is responsible for the planning and management of the CQUniversity Estate and deliver services through a diverse professional team that is innovative and striving for continuous improvement.
Are you passionate about art and meticulous in your organisational skills? CQUniversity is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Facilities Management Directorate on a fixed-term project. As part of this role, you will undertake the exciting task of cataloguing CQUniversity’s diverse art collection across all campuses. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the preservation and documentation of our institution's cultural heritage.

Position Requirements
12. Proven planning and organisational skills with an attention to detail and consistency.
13. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
14. Ability to work autonomously, with general direction, to achieve project outcomes and timeframes.
15. Knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety management strategies and legislative requirements.
16. Current Drivers Licence.
17. This position requires travel to other campuses in Queensland and other States.
18. Understanding of auditing and/or asset management principles. (Desirable)
