Overview
Senior National Account Manager - Chemist Warehouse. Reporting directly into the Head of Channel, you will be responsible for leading and executing the organisation's strategic pillars and, in due course, managing a team to develop relationships and execute business priorities with Chemist Warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Leading the management of the relationship with designated National Account.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the buying teams and senior management.
- Collaborate with the sales team and merchandising assets to deliver strong results for both the customer and the business.
- Liaise between key customers and internally to ensure timely communication of information.
- Lead a cross-functional, customer-focused account plan with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify specific tactics with agreed timelines and target goals.
- Lead new product launches aligned with strategic marketing campaigns to increase distribution and sales velocity with key accounts.
- Understand and analyse the customers goals in detail.
- Demonstrate business acumen, market knowledge and the ability to make tactical decisions to increase sales.
Experience
- Must have experience managing Chemist Warehouse
- Ideally experience in Beauty/Cosmetics
- Ability to interface and demonstrate leadership internally and externally
- Ideally currently operating at a NAM/SNAM level, open to Category Management
- Strong fixed remuneration with a generous bonus scheme
