About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, the Site Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, data entry and document control to maintain accurate records.
* Supporting financial processes by preparing timesheets, processing purchase orders and invoices.
* Coordinating with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
* Arranging travel and accommodation for employees, visitors and contractors.
* Assisting with new employee induction and compliance prior to arrival on site.


Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience in data entry and record management.
