Excel Agriculture are recruiting for an experienced service person to manage the original setup, ongoing infield servicing and support of our agricultural machinery. Our product range includes planters, air seeders and belt spreaders. This role will be predominantly focused on our customers in Queensland and New South Wales. The ability and preparedness to travel between our factory in Toowoomba and our customers and be away from home, is essential. It is envisaged the time away from Toowoomba would be approximately 50% and predominantly during the week.
We are looking for a customer service driven tradesperson, with a passion for detail and problem solving. The successful candidate will be self - driven and able to develop and execute regular service plans for our customers. You will be comfortable working with our manufacturing and sales teams to plan effective and efficient schedules with customers that maximise your time and expertise in the field.
Experience in working with broad acre agricultural machinery and hydraulics would be considered an advantage.
