Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our newly created retail support team.
The successful candidate will provide high-level, efficient, effective, quality, and confidential administrative support, serving as the face for all new ALPA retail recruits.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, loves working with people, and has strong administrative skills.
* Answering support team calls and providing exceptional phone and customer service skills.
* Supporting Area Managers with administrative tasks and ensuring they have a smooth transition to community life.
* Completing the store weekly communications program and managing the training schedule for managers related to compliance.
* Designing and implementing a wellbeing program for our retail managers and supporting their overall well-being.
* Managing and coordinating onboarding schedules and a training matrix for retail managers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a support role within a medium-sized business.
* Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
* A personable, approachable, and passionate attitude towards supporting the team.
