We're now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the blue‐collar labour‐hire space, with vacancies in Parramatta and Liverpool. This is your chance to take ownership of a high‐impact sales role backed by global resources, strong brand recognition, and genuine opportunities for long‐term equity.

What You'll Be Doing

As our BDM, you'll be the engine behind our expansion - uncovering new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and securing ongoing business across industrial and trades sectors.

Your day will include:

* Proactively identifying and winning new business
* High-volume "boots on dirt" activity - onsite visits, client meetings, walk‐ins
* Conducting outbound sales calls and attending scheduled appointments
* Managing your pipeline and activity through our CRM
* Working closely with our internal recruitment specialists who source and place all candidates
* Participating in ongoing sales and professional development programs

Your focus is simple: build relationships and bring in jobs. We'll handle the recruitment delivery.

You're already proven in the recruitment world - and you know what it takes to build and maintain a blue‐collar desk.

We want someone with:

* Recruitment industry experience (essential)
* Strong commercial acumen and true hunter mentality
* Demonstrated success in field‐based client development
* Ability to diagnose client needs and provide tailored solutions
* High resilience, drive, and strong self‐management
* Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
* Strong relationship‐building and networking capability
* A genuine passion for helping people find meaningful work
