We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Educational Leader to guide and support our team in delivering meaningful learning experiences. You'll play a key role in driving curriculum excellence, mentoring educators, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

What We're Looking For
* Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT) qualification
* Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQF and current educational practice
* Experience mentoring or coaching educators
* A collaborative and reflective approach to leadership
* Passion for creating engaging learning environments and meaningful connections
