Café Manager

DIMATTINA COFFEE W.A. PTY LTD is looking for a full time Cafe Manager (at least 38 hours per week), to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

• Managing all operations of the restaurant referring to the owner.
• Organizing the menus in collaboration with the chefs.
• Maintaining records of stocks and goods, organizing orders with suppliers based on seasonality and availabilities.
• Ensuring the correct management of the budget and report to the owner.
• Monitoring actions of staff and customers at all times.
• Recruiting, hiring, training and managing staff.
• Ensuring that all staff follow the policies, procedures and hygiene standards at all times in all venues.

• At least 2 years of experience in the role.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Management skills.
