Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled Training Officer to deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of our remote indigenous workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies that meet the specific needs of employees in remote communities
* Conduct regular assessments to ensure employees possess the necessary skills and competencies
* Collaborate with store managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives
* Evaluate and improve existing training processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The successful candidate will hold or be willing to obtain: TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, SIR40316 Certificate III in Retail Operations, Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate. They must have at least two years' experience as a trainer/assessor, ability to work effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds, flexibility for frequent travel (up to one week), plus certifications such as HLTAID01 First Aid Certification.
