They are now hiring an experienced Site Foreman due to growth. This person will need to be able to hit the ground running for this exciting and challenging project. They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial and Residential Construction industries. Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 3-5 years industry experience running your own projects between $30m - $150m Your Rewards: Attractive salary package $130K - $170K super dependant on experience.
