ABOUT THE ROLE
Eilbeck Cranes' Office Administrator role is a full-time position based in Truganina, VIC. This crucial administrative role will provide comprehensive support to the team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the office in the Manufacturing Division. As an integral member of the team, you will play a key part in contributing to the company's continued success.
Responsibilities but not limited to such -
* Assist the efficient operation of the office and perform various tasks for the office staff.
* Occasionally, you will be required to perform all duties, so you will be required to come conversant in the tasks of the other staff in the office.
* Answering incoming calls / reception
* Processing workshop employees time sheets for payroll
* HSEQ documentation and filing
* Processing Inductions
* Follow up debtors as required
* Attend to customer administration needs, invoice enquiries
* Accounts
* Booking of flights and accommodation
* Processing of purchase orders
* Follow up delivery of goods ordered
* Mail / Couriers
* Documentation management
* Raising POs
* Filing of emails – incoming/outgoing
* Archive filing
* To work within EC QA procedures and complete required documentation
* Be available for flexible working hours
* Complete paper work accurately
* Adhere to the current EC Policy and Safety Manual
* Execute your absolute best work at all times
ABOUT YOU
* 3+ years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator, ideally within a similar industry.
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
* A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
