Education Strategist & Learning Solutions Manager
We are seeking a talented Education Strategist & Learning Solutions Manager to lead our education strategy, design and develop innovative learning programs, and deliver exceptional results.
About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the education strategy ensuring relevance, responsiveness, alignment with member needs, compliance, and latest diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) research. This role will require the individual to:
* Design, develop, and maintain learning solutions that reflect the latest research, data, and member needs.
* Translate research outcomes into practical learning products and resources that support inclusive workplace practices.
* Manage and expand e-Learning programs to enhance accessibility and engagement.
* Review, update, and customize education materials in response to emerging trends, legislation, and feedback.
* Develop user-friendly DEI resources such as toolkits, guidelines, checklists, templates, and case studies.
* Deliver learning programs to members and non-members, both virtually and in person.
* Recruit, train, and support external facilitators, maintaining consistent quality and alignment with standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programs meet learning needs and identify future opportunities.
* Represent the organization at events, conferences, and other external forums.
