About the Role
As a Casual Chef, you will:
* Assist with preparation and service across lunch and dinner shifts
* Cook a range of dishes including pub classics, pizzas and bistro-style meals
* Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
* Follow kitchen systems, food safety procedures and venue standards
* Support the Head Chef and senior kitchen team
* Help with cleaning, stock rotation and general kitchen duties
Shifts are available immediately, with hours varying depending on trade and performance.

About You
We're looking for chefs who bring:
* Previous experience as a Chef or Experienced Cook
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Reliable availability across nights and weekends
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
* Flexibility to jump on any section as required
Trade qualification is preferred but not essential if you have solid experience.
