The primary function of a Business Intelligence Clerk Grade 3 is to undertake administrative duties, including preparing documents and correspondence, making phone calls and faxes, gathering medical records, and coordinating meetings.
Key responsibilities include assisting with workforce management, rostering, recruitment, leave administration, and requesting temporary staff for the department.
The successful candidate will also provide support for office management, maintain inventory, order supplies, and assist with event planning and logistics.
In addition, they will coordinate education and training sessions, and assist with scheduling and organization.
