What You'll Do
As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you'll play a key role in helping our clients recover from water damage. This includes:
* Conducting thorough inspections and assessments of affected properties
* Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
* Performing restoration tasks including carpet cleaning and re-laying
* Completing detailed, accurate reports for insurance companies
* Communicating with clients and our office team to ensure outstanding service
* Attending jobs across Adelaide (vehicle provided), plus participating in an on-call roster and occasional overnight stays

Who We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have strong attention to detail (we can always tell)
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and teammates
Are reliable, physically fit, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
Are comfortable working on-call and being away overnight when needed
Are a fast learner who wants to be part of a team that supports one another
Have full working rights in Australia and a current driver's licence
Are fluent in English (spoken and written)
Have or are willing to obtain: National Police Check and Working with Children Check
Bonus points if you have: a White Card, IICRC qualification, or trade/insurance background
