Senior Microsoft Power Apps Application Developer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Apps Application Developer to join a major government digital delivery program on an initial six month contract. This is a senior level role suited to someone who enjoys leading solution design while remaining hands on with build and delivery.
The role is fully remote and offers up to 40 hours per week.

About the role
You will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions that support critical business processes. This includes building scalable Power Apps, implementing Dataverse as the primary data store and designing Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency, data quality and governance.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements, iterate solutions and ensure high quality outcomes. This role also involves documentation, knowledge transfer and post deployment support.
Key responsibilities
* Design and develop Power Apps to support business processes
* Implement Dataverse as the core data platform
* Design and configure Power Automate flows for validation, workflow automation and notifications
* Migrate data from SharePoint Lists into Dataverse
* Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency throughout migration activities
* Apply appropriate security roles, permissions and governance controls
* Collaborate with business users and technical teams to refine requirements
* Produce technical and operational documentation including solution design, data models and support requirements
* Deliver user training, knowledge transfer and post deployment hyper care support
Skills and experience
* Strong experience developing Microsoft Power Apps including canvas and model driven apps
* Proven experience designing and building Power Automate workflows
* Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform
* Experience implementing governance, security and data management practices within Dataverse
* Strong consulting skills including solution architecture design and stakeholder engagement
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non technical teams
* Strong troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills for complex applications and workflows
