Your new role
* Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, SEQ Operations
* Manage the Executive Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure briefing materials are prepared
* Prepare agendas, take minutes, and draft emails on behalf of the Executive Director
* Monitor and action requests within a shared mailbox
* Coordinate and prepare responses to correspondence and enquiries, ensuring quality and timeliness
* Support reporting activities including:
o Briefing notes
o Business cases and submissions
o Strategic and business planning documents
o HR reporting
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
* Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint to manage documents and workflows
What you'll need to succeed
* A strong administration background
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Familiarity with SharePoint (highly regarded)
* Experience supporting a senior executive or leadership team
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing competing priorities
