**About The Role**
As the **Assistant Store Manager**, you will work hand in hand with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store. You must have a commercial awareness of the seasonal and local trends and be able to order accordingly to ensure wastage is kept to a minimum. You must lead by example whilst training and developing your team to have superior product knowledge and excellent customer service.
**Skills & Experience**
- Fresh produce experience
- Commercial awareness of seasonal and local trends
- Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers
- Forward-thinking and able to quickly adapt to any changes that may affect product availability
- Ability to create attention-grabbing store displays
- Strong team leadership & training skills
