Administration Clerk Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Administration Clerk to provide exceptional support services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
* Action and respond to customer service emails and Salesforce enquiries efficiently.
* Assist customers with depot collections, drop-offs, repacks, and damages accurately.
* Investigate freight escalations and manage unidentified freight proactively.
* Complete daily data entry tasks including raising consignment notes and updating internal systems diligently.
* Scan finance copies and close driver manifests promptly.
* Conduct internal audits and complete general administrative tasks as required.
* Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to both internal and external customers effectively.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration, clerical support, or customer service is highly valued.
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal – are essential for this role.
* Good computer skills and confidence using internal systems are necessary.
* A friendly, helpful attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile are highly desirable.
