You must have what it takes to provide our guests with a guaranteed 'once in a lifetime' experience.
Have a LOVE for Watersports - A strong passion and experience with motorised Watersports are integral to the position.
Be a TEAM player - We are seeking a 'people person' who comfortably fits in the social, active and outdoorsy environment of adventure tourism.
A person who thrives off assisting and motivating others around them whilst also being able to be strategically focussed on safety and guest satisfaction.
Be COMMITTED - for the long run.
We're a small family business and know how important a team is We are willing to provide the best quality equipment and training to those who are committed to a long term position within our motorised Watersports team.
A boat and PWC licence is necessary to undertake this position, with a Coxswain ticket preferred.
Based in Airlie Beach our operations run 7 days per week and we work a rotating 3x3 roster.
We are looking for a long-term commitment so local residents are encouraged to apply.
This position is not suitable for those on a working holiday visa looking for a short-term role.
