Capital Development Project Leader
A dynamic and experienced professional is sought to lead major capital development projects, ensuring successful delivery and high standards are met.
Main Responsibilities:
* To manage and direct capital works projects, overseeing feasibility studies, project teams, and contractors to achieve project milestones and targets.
* Provide leadership in all aspects of project management, from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
* To engage with contractors, establish strong relationships, and negotiate terms for the benefit of the organization.
* Support project teams in identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and achieving project objectives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
* A proven track record in Project Management within the construction industry, specifically in building and civil infrastructure projects.
* A tertiary education in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management would be advantageous.
