In this role, you will work closely with a Client Partnership Manager to ensure client satisfaction, support program performance, and contribute to long-term account success. You'll be the go-to contact for day-to-day needs while helping implement strategic initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of client success plans and service level agreements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Assist with client onboarding, reporting, and program reviews
* Coordinate internal resources to support client needs
* Identify and share opportunities to enhance client programs
* Act as the internal 'voice of the client' across teams
About You:
* 1–3 years' experience in client services, account management, or a similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A collaborative, proactive mindset and a passion for customer service
* Exposure to the travel industry or corporate services is a bonus
