**The Role**
As a result of strong business growth, they have created an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team. This role must be based in Melbourne.
**Key aspects of role**:
- Manage a team of six experienced and passionate professionals. This includes both Capital Sales and Business Development Managers across Vic/Tas/SA/WA
- Coach and lead CSM & BDM to ensure implementation of marketing strategy and KPI achievement.
- Ensure talent within the Sales and Education team is recognised and developed.
- Network with industry to collaborate and ensure regional representation in the industry.
- Empower your team to fulfill their full potential.
**Essential Criteria**
- Experience in sales management within the healthcare environment
- Aesthetics, medical device, beauty or dental environment preferred
- Capital sales experience highly regarded
- Strong leadership skills
- High quality and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Track record of achievement of sales targets and coaching a high performing team.
- Strong analytical and PC skills (especially excel, database)
