Job Overview
The village operations leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a village in accordance with contractual specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and direct a team of over 100 personnel within human resources and industrial relations departments.
* Lead and guide department heads in the operation of village services and operational functions.
* Maximise revenue potential through strategic cost control measures.
* Represent the village management team in all matters relating to the village's operations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in village services management, preferably in mining villages or extensive hospitality career managing large multi-faceted hotels or venues.
* Inspirational leadership skills to motivate teams and drive results.
* Able to work an 8 days on, 6 days off roster.
