We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on medium to large-scale projects in Gippsland. This is a
hands-on role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven supervisory experience in project environments.
What You’ll Do:
* Actively supervise crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
* Coordinate daily site activities, resources, and schedules.
* Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
* Monitor quality control, conduct inspections, and resolve on-site issues.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
What You’ll Bring:
* Trade qualification – Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or Cert III in Fabrication .
* Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in project environments.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and industry codes.
