* Perform routine diagnostic testing in Haematology, Coagulation, Biochemistry, and Blood Banking
* Participate in a rotating weekday roster (6:30 am – 6:00 pm) and provide weekend and overnight on-call coverage
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient samples in accordance with laboratory protocols
* Maintain quality control and adhere to safety standards
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support efficient lab operations
What we are looking for
o Relevant qualifications in Medical Laboratory Science
o Experience in haematology, biochemistry, and/or blood banking (highly regarded)
o High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
o Competent computer skills and the ability to adapt to laboratory systems
o Flexible and reliable with the ability to work independently and in a team
o Availability for a seven-day rotating roster including after-hours on-call work
