We have a Permanent Part time/ full time position available for a passionate Registered Nurse to utilise their skills in our Aged Care Centre IRT Woodlands, Meridan Plains covering following shifts:
Position 1:
- Week1: Monday to sunday (6:30am to 3:00pm)
- Week2: Monday to sunday (6:30am to 3:00pm)
Position 2:
- Week1: Monday to sunday (2:00pm to 10:30pm)
- Week2: Monday to sunday (2:00pm to 10:30pm)
Hourly base rate between $43.75 and $55.88 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on experience.
Your work may include:
- Providing clinical care
- Managing and supervising care workers
- Undertaking client assessments
- Monitoring clients’ care needs, evaluation care plans
- Providing treatment as required
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A big heart – you’re empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre workplace (desirable)
