Key Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to maximize sales opportunities within National Key Accounts (NKA).
* Serving as the primary relationship owner responsible for retention and growth across Companion animals and equine.
* Creating and implementing strategic account plans to exceed sales targets.
* Addressing and resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
* Contributing to the growth and long-term success of NKA.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Key Account Management within the Australian companion animal, equine or veterinary industry. They should possess tertiary qualifications in marketing, business administration, veterinary, or life sciences. A proven ability to manage complex customer relationships with a consultative approach is essential.
