Overview
CELOTTI WORKFORCE partners with leading civil construction companies to provide skilled minor plant operators for key projects across Toowoomba QLD **** areas.
These roles offer consistent Monday to Friday work with occasional Saturdays, ***** hour shifts, and the opportunity to secure long-term employment for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
We are seeking operators experienced with (but not limited to)
RII Skid Steer
RII Roller
RII Backhoe
Ideal Candidate
Has proven experience operating minor plant (but not limited to the above) on civil construction sites
Happy to labour when required
Holds a Blue / White Construction Card
Has a valid driver's licence and reliable transport
Holds relevant RII tickets
Is physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused
Shows up presentable, punctual, and ready to work
What We Offer
$38ph – $41ph + Penalties + Allowances
Consistent Monday–Friday work (plus occasional Saturdays for overtime)
***** hour shifts
Ongoing projects with temp-to-perm opportunities
Weekly pay – above award rates
