Working with a team in a busy sales and customer service enviroment, the role requires the good attention to detail and accuracy, to key in product orders into several different supplier order portals. As well you will manage the processing of automatic orders that come through our key customer portals. Telephone and email communications will be required to be of a high standard of English. Experience in working with customer Quotes and PO procedures should be workflows that you are familiar with. Recent experience in using Xero is essential and experience with Retail Express would be a distinct advantage.
Minimum 1+ years experience in sales and customer service administration is required.
Intermediate Excel and database skills are essential for effectively managing supplier order portals.
This position offers flexible working hours to accommodate part-time arrangements.
Education and or experience in basic accounting and book keeping principles is required. The job will work with a great enthusiastic team who are all committed to providing customer service with efficiency.
Candidates must hold any valid work visa to be eligible for this position.
A Certificate or Diploma level qualification is a great education requirement for this role. However experience will always be taken into consideration.
