Disability Support Worker
This is an opportunity to apply for a Disability Support Worker role where we support people with disabilities to become more independent in their own homes and the community.
* We provide active support, developing personal interests, providing personal care, transportation, and coaching independent living skills.
* Health support includes administering and documenting medication and following health support plans.
* Positive behaviour support involves managing behaviour triggers and escalation.
* Safeguarding ensures the safety of you and the participant, documentation, and reports.
About You
* Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability.
* Availability to fulfill a rotating roster including weekends and overnights.
* NDIS Worker Check.
* Working with children check.
* National Police Check.
* Full unrestricted Australian Driver's license.
* First aid certificate.
