About the role:
Get ready to put your environmental health superpowers to work
In this role, you'll deliver complex regulatory and non-regulatory environmental health services across Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service and Central West Hospital and Health Service — protecting communities from environmental health hazards lurking in both the natural and built environment.
You'll be right at the pointy end of public health, helping protect, promote and prevent risks to human health, with this funded position having a strong focus on enforcing the Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1998.

You hold a tertiary qualification (or equivalent) accredited by Environmental Health Australia, or you're eligible for appointment through the Queensland Health Environmental Health Officer Appointments Review CommitteeA Certificate IV in Investigation or a Bachelor of Law? Even better — we like a good multitasker
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h. 12.75% employer superannuation contribution17.5% leave loading
