The Company Our client is the head group of multiple companies who specialise in FMCG who are continuing to expand their operations. They have approximately 180 employees nationally, with a head office of 90 employees in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. The Role Reporting into a tenured and welcoming Head of P&C and with support from a 0.4 People & Culture Coordinator, this is a hands-on role with fantastic development opportunities to take your expertise to the next level. You will support with HR strategy, policy and process improvement, ER/IR, HRIS management (Employment Hero), and project-based activities, to name a few areas. This role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, 100% office based, free parking on site. Duties Some of your key duties will include: Provide advice to employees on ER & IR issues or queries and case management Partner with stakeholders to drive P&C strategy Support with policy review and redevelopment End to end employee lifecycle management - recruitment, onboarding, offboarding etc. Skills & Experience To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience in a similar P&C Business Partnering role - 2/3 years minimum Previous experience with a HRIS - Employment Hero preferrable Previous experience providing first level response to ER/IR queries Previous experience & confidence liaising with stakeholder management Have a willingness to learn & progress your skillset Culture & Benefits Be part of a collaborative and supportive People & Culture team!
