The Role.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the performance and delivery of multiple concurrent construction projects across the organisation.
You will lead project teams, oversee commercial outcomes, manage contract performance, and provide leadership across estimating, procurement, and project delivery functions. The role will focus heavily on maintaining delivery standards, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational improvements across the business.

What You Need.
You will bring extensive experience within commercial construction or fit-out project delivery, with strong commercial and leadership capability. Experience managing teams, overseeing multiple projects, and driving business performance outcomes will be essential.
Candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or similar. You will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, strategic thinking capability, and the ability to balance operational leadership with project delivery oversight.
