We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our friendly team in our Sale Dealership. This is a full time position with overtime as required & with occasional Saturday morning work.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to provide first class customer service for anyone visiting the Dealership. Attending to our customers who are having their car serviced or repaired by our skilled technicians.
Skills & Experience
· Well presented
· Excellent interpersonal skills with clear & professional verbal communication skills
· Current & valid driver's licence & the ability to drive a manual transmission
· Good organisational skills
· A friendly & professional manner
· Knowledge of the automotive industry is not essential
