Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an experienced and passionate Intellectual Property Lawyer / Trade Marks Attorney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trade mark portfolios and providing a comprehensive range of services from strategy, applications, prosecution and a range of contested hearings. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and filing trade mark applications, advising clients on their global IP strategies, and representing clients in a diverse range of trade mark related proceedings.
QualificationsStrong knowledge of Intellectual Property and Trade MarksExperience providing Legal Advice in IP and commercial contextsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyCurrent Practising Certificate Masters Degree in IP law is advantageousExperience in a similar role or legal practice is advantageous
