We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Contact Centre Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for the community, addressing enquiries and concerns related to company services. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from the community regarding rates, waste management, and company services.

Key Skills and Requirements:
Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
High attention to detail and accuracy in logging data and maintaining records.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive and problem-solving approach to customer enquiries.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
