Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health is a not-for-profit community health organisation providing a comprehensive range of free and low-cost health, wellbeing and community services in early childhood, youth, families, adults, aged and disability.
Covering an area of over 1700 km2 from Sunbury to beyond the borders of Macedon Ranges Shire our 220 staff and 70 volunteers are based across four sites at Kyneton, Romsey and Sunbury.

About the Role
As Team Leader Adult Allied Health you will:
* Foster a culture of flexibility and innovation within the team
* Oversee the team’s ongoing development and management and also hold a clinical caseload
* Support clinicians to deliver services under HACC, CHSP, Community Health, NDIS, Home Care Package and PHN funding schemes
* Work collaboratively with other allied health teams and support services to develop, refine and implement systems improvements and efficiencies
* Provide supervision, performance management, support and mentoring of staff within the team
* Take a lead role in program specific accreditations and quality assurance
* Evaluate and provide innovation of programs, looking to increase service delivery
A primary emphasis of this role is to champion performance improvement and operational efficiencies within the team, collaborating closely with the manager to meet budgetary requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop knowledge of, and relationships with, other local allied health providers
* Provide supervision, performance management, support and mentoring of staff within the team
* Monitor team member case load management and support with achieving targets
* Identify opportunities for income generation and cost savings as appropriate
* Be the first point of contact for client feedback related to the team and service provision
* Monitor demand for service and implement demand management strategies when required
* Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of programs and services within the team
* Identify, facilitate and support quality improvement initiatives
* The Team Leader may have a clinical case load in addition to their leadership responsibilities
