Client Manager | Aviation
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Insurance professional to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best‐in‐class risk management solutions for clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Client Manager is responsible for proving best‐in‐class service for a key portfolio of aviation clients and will work closely with team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio.
What The Day Will Look Like
* Lead a portfolio of aviation clients across Australia
* Build relationships and enhance the client experience
* Identify development opportunities for our aviation service offering and design appropriate servicing solutions
* Develop new and profitable business within the segment
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the business
* Achieve renewal and new business budget
* Mentorship and development of team members within the region

* Exceptional client relationship management capabilities
* Experience in aviation insurance
* First‐class communication and presentation skills
* A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successes
* Strong technical understanding of a broad range of commercial insurance products
* Ability to build leverage existing networks and develop new networks
* Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
