Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Venue Manager in managing daily activities
- Inspire and mentor staff to drive a positive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement
- Be the point of contact for guest inquiries to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience
Mandatory Qualifications:
- RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) for compliance with licensing regulations
- Approved Manager's License for managing licensed areas
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) for serving alcohol responsibly
- RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) for overseeing gambling activities
- CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification for handling customer inquiries effectively
