About the Role:
* Managing projects and design tasks;
* Overseeing the creation of project designs and documentation to client satisfaction;
* Providing timely advice and technical information to internal teams;
* Monitoring and reporting on project progress to relevant stakeholders;
* Developing fee proposals/cost estimates for all proposed and additional works;
* Conducting periodic site inspections of construction works and monitoring the performance of all contractors/subcontractors;
