We are seeking a talented Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the stores KPI's (sales and customer service) are met. This includes developing and nurturing a high performing, customer experience focused team within a dynamic store culture.

* Demonstrated recent people leadership success within a target driven retail sales environment
* You're able to energise and drive a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
* You lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team
* You're able to resolve customer issues with ease and can put a creative spin on problem solving
* Experience in leading through times of change (products / systems) and bringing your team on the journey
