**We are looking for a fast-learning, pleasant and enthusiastic individual who has experience with customer service/answering phones, as well as basic knowledge in the accounts department.**
Location: Northam WA 6401 (in-office, at least 4 days a week, preferably)
**In this role, you would need to have the following skills**:
- Ability to take phone calls professionally and respectfully, including transferring, holding, and facilitating conversations with clients & suppliers.
- Ability to take enquiries and politely ask questions (this will be demonstrated in training).
- Ability to monitor reception inbox for invoices and keep up to date.
- Ability to enter invoices correctly, and also pay them off once paid through the bank.
- Management of staff whereabouts - keeping track of where office staff are during the day.
- Helping out with regular cleaning of surfaces to assist with the COVID safe measures.
- Ability to handle increased volume of invoices, and maintain composure.
- Fast learner with a proactive & self-directed approach.
**Preferred**:
- Experience using Excel
- Experience with accounting systems.
- Experience with customers/people.
- Positive, willing attitude.
- Proactive problem solver
