Your Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate Sales Specialist – Interventional Therapy to join our team, supporting Oncology / Vascular customers across Queensland. In this role, you'll drive the adoption and growth of our high-quality Interventional Therapy solutions, helping improve patient outcomes through innovative care.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager - Interventional Therapy, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to understand their needs, present tailored product solutions, and achieve sales targets. You'll also work alongside fellow Product Specialists, Clinical Educators, and the Marketing team to ensure smooth product training and implementation, focusing on both expanding and maintaining a successful territory.
Your Responsibilities
Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information
Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
Attending cases and providing technical support during surgical procedures
Facilitating product trials & evaluations and delivering in-service training
Developing effective relationships with key opinion leaders
Auditing and maintaining consignment stock within hospitals of your territory
About You
Your background will include:
Several years' experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within Interventional Radiology Suites, Operating Theatres, Medical and Day Oncology suits.
Proven experience working with Consultants and Nurses in the chosen field and multidisciplinary teams.
Proven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital system.
Able to deliver long-term, customer-focused solutions.
Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship skills.
Excellent communication and time management skills and good attention to detail.
Additional requirement
