We’re seeking a confident and digitally led Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the brand’s marketing strategy and execution. This premium interiors business partners exclusively with leading residential and commercial developers, real estate agencies, and property professionals to bring display suites and developments to life - so knowledge of the property landscape is highly valued. About the Role This is a senior, end-to-end marketing role where you'll lead the charge across digital, brand, and campaign performance. From driving qualified leads to refining the brand’s creative presence, you'll be the strategic force behind growth. You’ll collaborate closely with sales teams, creatives, and external agencies, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with business goals - and you’ll be expected to move fast, think smart, and be accountable to outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead digital and omnichannel strategy across paid media, SEO/SEM, social, email, and website Oversee brand and content strategy to ensure every touchpoint reflects a premium aesthetic and cohesive voice Manage agency relationships with a clear focus on ROI and results Build and optimise campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Ads, and EDMs Collaborate with real estate and development partners on key campaigns, display suite launches, and new project marketing Report and analyse marketing performance, using data to inform decisions and sharpen strategy Activate and grow a loyalty-style customer program through targeted and value-driven communication Support growth across both residential and commercial sectors, staying ahead of trends in both design and property Who You Are 5 - 10 years experience in marketing with a strong digital performance and strategy background Experience working in, with or around real estate, residential developers, or commercial/office projects is highly desirable Strong understanding of how to align marketing strategy to the property customer journey Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with external partners and internal teams Passionate about design, branding, and creative storytelling - with a strong eye for detail Comfortable taking full ownership of outcomes and performance metrics Highly organised, adaptable and commercially minded Why This Brand This is more than a styling agency - it’s a brand with presence, ambition and vision.
