Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operations across various projects, including build, civil works, remediation and refurbishment projects.
* Compiling and creating QA/QC documentation
* Coordinating direct labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractors
* Quantity take-offs
* Project procurement
* Providing advice on technical and engineering issues
* Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar role in the construction industry
* Project delivery skills, including budgeting and stakeholder management
* Knowledge of contracts and cost control
* Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
