We're looking for a Content Creator who doesn't just follow trends, you set them.
Bell & Bone is Australia's fastest-growing pet dental care brand, stocked nationwide across pet specialty stores, backed by thousands of five-star reviews and a community of pet parents who actually care about what goes into their dog's bowl. We're a small team doing big things, and we're entering one of the most exciting growth chapters in our story.
Content isn't a support function at Bell & Bone. It's the engine. And we need someone brilliant behind it.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on, make‐things‐happen creative role. You'll be the person behind the camera, in the edit suite, and on the platforms — shooting, editing, and publishing a high volume of scroll‐stopping short‐form video, static, and story content that brings the brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
You'll film founder‐led content with our Founder Arianne, capture behind‐the‐scenes moments, product shoots, retail activations, and event coverage. You'll work across studio, home, and on‐location environments. You won't be waiting for perfect briefs — you'll see the moment, grab the phone, and make it happen.
We're not looking for someone who makes safe, forgettable content. We want bold. We want scroll‐stopping. We want someone who thinks in hooks, edits, and pacing, and who understands that every single piece of content should feel unmistakably Bell & Bone.
You'll be creating 10+ pieces of content per week. That means you move fast, you're organised, and you don't sacrifice quality for volume — you find a way to deliver both.
Who We're Looking For
You've got 2–4 years in content creation, social media, or video production, ideally in‐house or within a brand you genuinely cared about. You've got a portfolio that makes people stop and pay attention. Not polished corporate content, real, platform‐native work that connects.
You're a maker. You'd rather be shooting and editing than sitting in a meeting talking about shooting and editing. You're energised by the pace, by the variety, by seeing your work go live and watching it perform.
You're unapologetically social media obsessed. You know what's trending before everyone else does, but you're not just jumping on trends, you're creating content that feels original, distinctive, and impossible to scroll past.
You understand brand. Not just aesthetics, but voice, tone, feeling. You get that every caption, every cut, every transition is building something bigger. You want your work to mean something, not just fill a feed.
You're a strong editor. Premiere Pro, CapCut, in‐platform tools, you're across all of it, and you're always learning new techniques. You've got an eye for pacing, sound design, captions, and hooks. You know the difference between content that looks good and content that actually stops the scroll.
You're confident, proactive, and you back yourself. You bring ideas to the table without being asked. You push creative boundaries because that's what excites you. You're not precious about feedback, you use it to get better.
And yes, you love/have a dog or cat. (Non‐negotiable.)
