Job Title: Project Manager
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion. This involves coordinating and managing all aspects of building projects, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction activities.
You will lead and coordinate the activities of project staff, consultants, contractors, managers, and other business units to achieve project objectives. This includes providing high-level contract coordination across both traditional and non-traditional contract systems.
In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day operational matters and ensuring client requirements are consistently met. You will oversee the implementation of construction and maintenance projects, ensuring all contractual, scope, time, cost, cash-flow, and quality requirements are achieved.
You will also lead negotiations with consultants, contractors, local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to deliver value-for-money outcomes. Your expertise in stakeholder management and decision-making will support effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
To succeed in this position, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning, or Quantity Surveying. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential to ensure successful project delivery and positive client outcomes.
