**The Opportunity**
Join the team at our B&D Doors Warehouse in Revesby, NSW as our next Warehouse Manager, and take on a leadership role supporting site culture, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
In this crucial role you'll be an active member of the strong, supportive onsite leadership team working collaboratively to drive the site towards its ambitious growth plan. You'll be reviewing our current warehouse procedures then leading the roll-out of continuous improvement projects to bring greater focus and structure to our operations.
As a calm and confident leader, you'll be ensuring warehouse team members understand their accountabilities and will be driving a culture of safety and quality across the board, while coaching and developing your team to create an efficient and effective environment.
With your strong customer focus you'll also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships - ensuring DIFOT is achieved and resolving any queries or concerns promptly.
**What you will bring and develop**
This is a busy role, so you'll need to remain calm under pressure and have strong decision-making and communication skills to succeed. This is not a typical distribution centre so you'll need to bring experience working within a manufacturing environment to succeed. Other key skills and experience include:
- Experience within a modern warehousing environment
- Worked within manufacturing
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Valid forklift ticket
- Solid experience in coaching and developing teams
- Experience with change management and process improvementA safety first mindset.
