**About the role**:
As a part-time (15 hours) permanent Extra Scholar Activities Assistant working Monday-Friday from 3pm until 6pm during AES period, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the person at the reception desk to manage the entry/exit of parents
- Manage the pick-up of the children during the AES: pick them up in the AES room, accompany them in front of the reception desk where the parents are waiting for them and have them sign the discharge form.
- Be on duty at the reception desk in case of emergency when the receptionist (first aid referent) has to intervene for an incident or has to leave for a few minutes.
- Regulate the flow of parents between 5:15 and 6:00 pm at the exit of the AES and to recover the children whose parents are late
- Regulate the flow of parents who come for meetings
- Bilingual French & English
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Understanding of the French education system
- Capacity to work in a multicultural environment
- Good ICT, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
